Jingle Rock Bell

Merry Christmas to each and every one. Last night, during Family Games, I held on to my perfect record of losing at every version of Monopoly I have ever in my life played. Later, I realized my longheld dream of successfully using as a clue in Taboo, the word "Fart" which, we all know, sends males of every age, drunk or sober, into fits of snickers and chuckles and actual farts. How do they do that? Fart on cue?

OMG, we had like a professional DJ last night! With ads, wet tshirt contest and everything! I pretty much ignored the messages from our sponsor, KD's Colostomy Bags, as I am holding off until the designer models are available. I sent in an entry to the wet tshirt contest but I don't think I won. Next time I might put it on first. Anyways, tunes played some very fine and varied music. My G was there and in rare form, sword dancing and everything. CB landed safely back home. Luckily, his dog got the house cleaned up and sent the stray bitches packing before the Master turned the lock. We hafta keep the tragic mouse incident quiet, k? KD's little lass discovered Flyzilla in her room. She doused it with air freshener spray to no avail. PD suggested hair spray; I suggested napalm. If that doesn't work, there is only one thing left to do: Call Matthew Broderick and blast Flyzilla with some Drowning Pool until he arrives.

Dimebag Darrell, formerly of Pantera, was shot to death onstage in Columbus, Ohio last night, December 8.

Pantera is an occasional moody listen for me. My nephew gave me a cassette of Vulgar Display of Power many years ago. Later, I was amused by the marriage of Pantera metal to spongey yellow cartoon goofiness.

Today is a sad day for rock & roll.
